Why did my product become harder than normal?

Products made with coconut oil or natural butters may become firmer in colder temperatures. This does not affect product quality or performance. Simply allow the item to return to room temperature, place it near a gentle heat source, or sit it in a bowl of warm (not hot) water. Do not overheat, as this may alter the texture. Keep the lid on to avoid water exposure.
